Worship, Prayer & the Study of God's Word

SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE
Sundays at 10:30 AM

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:24 (KJV)

Please join us for our Sunday Worship Experience and Fellowship. We offer a one-hour service in a casual atmosphere. "Church attire" is not required. We do encourage you to be dressed appropriately in reverence to God.

Please come as you are and watch GOD change your life for His glory!

Church School & Bible Study
Sundays at 9:00 AM

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV)

We are taking our Church School and Bible Study to higher heights and deeper depths. Our focus this year began with a hunger and thirst to read and study God's Word from Genesis to Revelation.

There are classes for all age levels. One Sunday each month, we are offering classes on different aspects of the Old Testament that is taught by a Messianic Rabbi. Additionally, one Sunday each quarter the focus is on the Biblical founding principles of the A.M.E. church. This is Church School and Bible Study like you've never seen it before!

Please come out to join us. Click here for additional information on our Church School & Bible Study page and to register for one of our special Old Testament sessions.

We look forward to sharing with you.

Of course, we also open the telephone line at mid-day on Wednesdays for persons who are unable to attend in person.

We are also available on Fridays at 12:00 noon onsite, if you'd like to stop by for silent prayer. A staff member will be happy to pray with you and for your concerns as well.

The Sacrament of Holy Communion
First Sundays, 10:30 AM

And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” Luke 22:19

At Faith AME Mission we share in The Sacrament of Holy Communion with each person who would like to participate in remembering the sacrifices made by Jesus on our behalf and honoring his request that we do this to remember him.

The Supper of the Lord is not only a sign of the love that Christians ought to have among themselves one to another, but rather is a Sacrament of our redemption by Christ’s death. We receive the bread and juice by faith and with thanksgiving.

(If you are unable to have grape juice, water is also available. Please inform the Stewardess and we will discreetly make adjustments.)

Weddings and Baptisms must be scheduled in advance. Please call the church office at 703.491.3820.
